Use your Index Finger

Have you ever been sitting in your dentist’s office waiting for your hygienist to come in, or the dentist? For me it’s an anxiety trip like no other. In Jin Shin, we always have our hands and fingers! And there is a finger we can hold to help with fear and anxiety! You can hold your INDEX finger (either one) with your other hand - just wrap your whole hand around your other index finger. Or, you can hold the outside of your index finger with the fingers of your other hand. You can also try just holding a section of your finger or knuckles of your index finger. Any of these holds, combined with mindful breathing, and your fear/anxiety will melt away.

By the way, holding your index finger also helps your bladder, kidneys, and all your muscles!


Babies/Children

JSJ is soothing for babies and young children. Stomach issues, growing pains, anxiety, etc.

Adolescence

Teens have SO much going on in their lives - sometimes unidentifiable to them or you. JSJ helps with mental/emotional adjustments as well as physical issues.
